It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara A Anderson of Follansbee, West Virginia, who passed away on September 14, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Barbara is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Barbara's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora D. Underwood and Garnett W. Underwood (Gray); the father of her children Lewis R. Anderson, Sr.; and her husband Joseph Nicholson. She is survived by: her children, Lora Irwin of Toronto, OH, Louie Anderson (Tracey) of Follansbee, WV and Lorne Anderson (Kimberly) of Colliers, WV; and her sister Sue Gooden of Colliers, WV.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
