He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Reese and Iva Robinson Reese; his wife Ellen Rae Spear Reese; his son Billy Ray Reese, Jr.; and his brother Donald Reese.
He is survived by: his close friend Beverly Shingleton; and his daughters, Terri Burton (Dave) of Goodman, MO, Marjie Harris (Bruce) of Weirton, WV and Bobbi Morgan of New Cumberland, WV. He is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
