It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance DiBello of Follansbee, West Virginia, who passed away on September 4, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sisinni and Maria Sisinni (Velotta); her brothers, Frank "Blackie" Sisinni (Mary), John Sisinni (Clara Lee) and Ross Sisinni (Phyllis); and her niece Tina Sisinni.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Joseph DiBello; her children, David DiBello (Deborah) of Canonsburg, PA and Lynne DiBacco (Steve) of Weirton, WV; her brother Dominic Sisinni (Mary Kay) of Follansbee, WV; her siblings-in-law, Dominic and Rosalee Muzzi of Weirton, WV; her sibling's children, Mary Lee Kimball, Lori Wilkerson, Susan Haney, Kimberly DiPietrantonio, Wendy Veltri, Tricia Porter, Sherri Hartman, Terri Sisinni, Frank Sisinni and Michael Sisinni; her caregivers, Ashlee, Joanna, Leah, Jennifer and Sheila; Attilio Boni, Gavinn, Everett and Arabella.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the James Funeral Home (1245 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A vigil service was held on Sunday, September 7th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 9:30 AM and at 10:00 AM.
