It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cynthia Wray Quinn of Follansbee, West Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on August 24, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Edwin Quinn and Margaret Constance Quinn (Dalton); and her brother Monty Quinn. She is survived by : her daughter Sheri Stift of Follansbee, WV; her granddaughters, Sydney Stift and Leah Baynham; and her siblings, Paul Quinn, Linda Randall and Vicki Horton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
