He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl William Thompson and Mary Louise Thompson (Kell). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Thompson (Ellis); his sisters, Susan Thompson-Schockow and Pamela Westlake; his siblings-in-law, Lloyd Miller and Joyce McCallister (Steve); and his nephews, Matthew Westlake (Kayla), Evan Jackson (Kelsie) and Shawn Jackson (Lyndsay). He is also survived by seven great nieces and great nephews.
