It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Virginia Cooper of Follansbee, West Virginia, who passed away on January 5, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid adieu to Eleanor Virginia's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Eleanor Virginia has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her father Edward Asa; her husband Jack Cooper; her daughter Stephanie Jenkins; and her sister Lucille Donley. She is survived by: her daughter Rev. Nancy L. Cooper of Wilmington, NC; her grandson Patrick Archer of St. Louis, MO; and her great grandchild Zelda Archer. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
