Emma leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Emma’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Reed and Mary Reed (Jones); her stepmother Snow Reed (Robert "Jack" Cross); and her daughter Nancy Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband Denzil Stoneking; her children, James Cross (Carol) of Sherwood Arkansas, Judith Whisman (John) of Palmer and Roberta Cross (Jose' Me'ndez) of Guaynabo; and her son-in-law Arley Mitchell (Margie) of Wellsburg, WV. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
