He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Collins and Mary Collins (Raines); his son Joshua Collins; and his siblings, Louise and Charles Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Collins (Usher); his children, Billie Collins, Bo Collins, Elisha Collins (Mandy), Gary Collins (Alicia), Travis Collins (Meaghan) and Shaunna Holliday (Joshua); his daughter-in-law Katereena Sedam; his grandchildren, Gary, Laura, Chanler, Heavenly, Joshua, Timothy, Kenzy, Jaedin, James and William; and his siblings, Woodrow Wilson Collins, Carolyn Mace, Barb, Rob, Ernie and Nancy Collins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
