He is survived by: his wife Carla L. McCardel (Hardesty); his children, Lorraine Milantoni (Dan) of Follansbee, Michelle Serbin (Joseph) of Pittsburgh and George M. McCardel Jr. (Susan) of Weirton; and his grandchildren, Danielle, Amanda Milantoni, George M. McCardel III, Jacob and Michael Serbin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
