As we bid Haley farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Haley is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gilbert and Lee Ann Dulaney (Thomas); and her grandfather Duane Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Nailah and Lucianna Montgomery; and her siblings, Caden Dulaney of Follansbee, WV and Paige Dulaney of Follansbee, WV. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mullenbach Funeral Home (669 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mullenbach Funeral Home to help defray funeral costs.
