He is survived by: his wife Valerie Fish (Bane) of Follansbee, WV; his children, John F. Fish Jr. (Valerie) of Sylmar, CA, David W. Fish (Virginia) of Bristol, IN, Suzan C. Fish Hewko of Sylmar, CA and Matthew P. Fish of Follansbee, WV; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth "Betsy" G. Goddard (Calvin) of Indianapolis, IN and Laurel J. Fish of Sylmar, CA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
