She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Crawford and Junelda Churchman Crawford; her husband Charles Allen Chase; and her siblings, Robert, Donald Crawford and Mildred Crawford.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky A Chase of Beaver, Calvin Chase (Dena) of North Huntingdon, PA, Wayde Chase (Tammy) of Colliers, WV, Christina Chase of Follansbee, WV and Charlet Bennett of Wellsburg, WV; and her brother Bernard "Sonny" Crawford (Wilma) of Wellsburg, WV. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
