He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Beatty, and Anna Beatty, Sr. (Young); and his siblings, Bill Beatty, Audrey McCrackin, Irene Campbell and Margaret Pannett.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Beatty (Johnston); his sons, Richard E. Beatty, Jr. (Kathy) of Follansbee, WV and Brian Beatty (Autumn) of Follansbee, WV; his grandchildren, Amber Sizemore (Jason), Matt Beatty, Kayla Schoonmaker (Dustin) and Blaine Beatty; his great grandchildren, Emma, Antonio, Lincoln, Easton and Emmalyn; and his brothers, Charles Beatty of Colliers, WV, Harry Beatty of Follansbee, WV, Robert Beatty of Leesburg, FL and Harold Beatty (Patty) of Colliers, WV. He is also survived by nephews; and cousins.
