He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Stoaks and Bette Stoaks (Bryarly); his brother Terry Stoaks; and his pet Biggie. He is survived by: his wife Diana Stoaks (Riggs) of Follansbee, WV; his children, Chad Stoaks of Follansbee, WV, Shelby O'Connor (Rory) of Colorado and Jason Stoaks of Follansbee, WV; his grandchildren, MacKenzie and Kaylie O'Connor; and his sister Kathy Andreozzi (James "Jim") of Follansbee, WV. He is also survived by three nieces, a nephew and many friends.
