He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence V. Carroll and Hazel Marie Carroll (Mercer); his wife Nancy Lee Carroll (Carbasho); his son Michael Douglas Carroll; his brother Randy Lee Carroll; and his daughter-in-law Linda Jo Carroll.
He is survived by: his children, Rob Carroll (Gwen Morris) of Follansbee, WV, Jeff Carroll, Sr. (Debbie Hawthorne) of Weirton, WV and Elizabeth Ann Patterson (Paul) of Columbus, OH; his grandchildren, Aspen Carroll (Kylee Taylor), Maddie Carroll (Matt Faught), Jeff Carroll, Jr. (Mary Perone), Zach Carroll (Dillon Cervi), Kacie Patterson (Matt Jarvi) and P. J. Patterson; his great grandchildren, Thomas, Maren, Barrett, Lennox, Ella and Lainey Jo; and his brother Keith Carroll (Lisa) of Follansbee, WV. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mullenbach Funeral Home (669 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
