She is survived by: her daughter Jenna Cook; and her siblings, Catherine Lancaster (Jerry) of Fort Mill, SC, James Breen (Diana Ladomersky) of Follansbee, WV and Carol Susan Breen of Follansbee, WV. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
