He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mirabella and Louise Mirabella (DiNofrio); his wife Carolyn Mirabella (Wilhoit); his son Paul Michael Mirabella; and his stepfather Victor Santilli.
He is survived by: his children, James Mirabella (Sheila) of Steubenville, OH, Laura Coyle (Lee) of Caldwell, OH, Thomas Mirabella (Denise) of Colliers, WV, David (Deb) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and Ami Blanton (Brett) of Wheeling, WV; his grandchildren, Micca, Shayna Wisinski (Dean), Danielle, Michael, Lydia, Tommy, Jr., Tanner, Sammy, Tori, Sami and Mike; his great grandchildren, Braeden, Lorenzo, Greyson and Levi; and his sister Rita Robinson of Follansbee, WV. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial donations can be made to CASA or the American Legion Post 45 in memory of Samuel.
