Susan Ann Phillips Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Susan Ann Phillips (Follansbee, West Virginia). Susan Ann, born on February 11, 1941, passed away on September 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Clark and Marjorie Clark (Rose); her husband Paul J. Phillips, Jr.; her siblings, Clavin Clark and Carolyn Lantz; and her nephew Robert Dawson.

She is survived by: her daughters, Tracey Guilliams (Tom) and Christine Smith (Scottie); her grandchildren, Tyler, Tori Guilliams, Cody and Hillary Smith; and her sister Linda Dawson.

She served on several boards, including the Brooke County Committee on Aging, Brooke County Senior Center, and RSVP.

Her contributions to Beech Bottom and the surrounding communities will be remembered by the many people whose lives she touched.
