He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Howell Mains. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Mains of Follansbee, WV; his wife Susan Mains (Wsyatcki) of Follansbee, WV; his son Thomas Anthony Mains Jr. (Megan); his grandchildren, Logan of Columbus, OH and Olivia of Columbus, OH; his sister Terry Mains of Follansbee, WV; and his sister-in-law Sandi Wsyatcki of Cuyahoga Falls, OH. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
