It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Edward Bludis (Follansbee, West Virginia), who passed away on April 27, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Thomas departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Thomas may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Thomas leaves behind.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul J. Sr. and Mary A. Bludis (Ocel); and his brother Paul J. Jr.. He is survived by : his daughters, Aimee Bludis and Jennifer Skinner; his grandchildren, Joshua Kolling, Mason and Makenna Skinner; and his sister Denise Bludis.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the James Funeral Home (1245 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 2:30 PM at 801 Canton Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be given to his daughters to be put toward the Motorcyclist Memorial Foundation in honor of Tom and his brother Paul, or make donations in Tom's memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
