He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Ott; and his siblings, David W. Ott, Sr. and Judy Hammonds (Ott). He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Ott (Schaefer) of Follansbee, WV; his significant other Pamela "Pam" Ott (Tate); his children, Christopher Ott of Parkersburg, WV, Timothy J. Ott, Jr. of Weirton, WV and Tabetha (Paul Koniski) of Steubenville, OH; his grandsons, Payton, Benjamin and Grayson; and his brother-in-law Billie Jack Hammonds of Follansbee, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mullenbach Funeral Home (669 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Brown Bag Diner at the Follansbee Church of Christ at 861 Neville St. Follansbee, WV 26037.
