He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Snodgrass (Eddie) and Edith Snodgrass (Sally); and his cousins, Denise Chamberlain, Kathy Snodgrass of Vienna, Virginia, Jean DePoy of Clayton, JoAnn Williams of Jacksonville, William Monney of Brook Park, OH and Katie Rispoli of Cleveland, OH.. He was also cherished by his relatives, friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (3432 West St, Weirton, WV 26062).
