She is survived by: her parent Tresa; her husband Richard Buchanan; her sons, Christopher Buchanan (Cortney) of Weirton, WV and Bud Smith (Kaydee) of Mingo Junction, OH; her grandchildren, Colton, Callen and Ellionna; her sister Kelly Kausky of Wellsburg, WV; and her nephews, Ken Durbin and Dennis Bernardi.
