She was predeceased by: her parent Wanda Joy Lazear of Wellsburg, WV.; her granddaughter Arabella Marie Buchanan; and her pet Paislee Marie Buchanan. She is survived by: her parent Tresa; her husband Richard Buchanan; her sons, Christopher Buchanan (Cortney) of Weirton, WV and Bud Smith (Kaydee) of Mingo Junction, OH; her grandchildren, Colton, Callen and Ellionna; her sister Kelly Kausky of Wellsburg, WV; and her nephews, Ken Durbin and Dennis Bernardi.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mullenbach Funeral Home (669 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
