She was predeceased by : her parents, John Ed and Bersheba Vance Sheppard; her husband Matt Dulcie Sr.; and her siblings, Virgil Lee Sheppard, John Sheppard, Lewis Sheppard, Tom Estep, George Estep, Elizabeth Collins and Ellen Blankenship.
She is survived by : her sons, Matt Dulcie Jr. of Beckley, John Wade Dulcie (Debbie) of Turkey Creek and Paul Dulcie of Forest Hill; her grandchildren, Joshua Wade Dulcie, Jacob Allen Dulcie and Katie Ann Dulcie; her great grandchild Zayn Allen Dulcie; and her sister Mary Beth Woodall.
