He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Jude and Louise Robinette Jude; and his wife Betty Jean Roberts Jude. He is survived by : his daughters, Evelyn Ball (Henry) of Iaeger, WV and Tanya Justus (Jeff) of Stanleytown, WV; his siblings, Ronnie Jude (Deborah) of Bristol, VA and Kathy Jude Birchfield (Sonny) of Mohawk, WV; his grandchildren, Ashley Simpson (Steven) and Brittany Shelton (Zack); and his great grandchildren, Erika, Madison, Natalie and Brooklyn.
