He was predeceased by: his parents, James Holliday and Garnett Holliday (Burnett); and his siblings, Patty Ballard, Irene Graham, Carol Martin, James Holliday, Tommy Holliday, Paul Holliday and Joe Holliday.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen (Floyd); his children, Susan Thompson (Brandon), Lisa Holliday and Juan Holliday; his grandchildren, Haylie Hodge (Michael) and Katelyn Kessinger (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Payslie, Roran and Braxton; and his siblings, Richard, Betty and Teresa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation be made to Hospice of Southern WV.
