He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman W. Gordon and Wanda L. Johns; and his wife Robin of Morgantown, WV.. He is survived by: his son Bryan Gordon, Jr. of Cumberland; his brothers, William N. Gordon (Karen) of Keyser, John J. Gordon (Lisa Norton) of Keyser and Mark Reed of Keyser; and his cousins, Daniel Gordon, Susan Wolford, Sara Reed, Matthew Reed and Bryan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
A future service of recognition will be held in his memory at WVU School of Medicine where his name will be entered into a registry of Those who have donated their bodies for the advancement of mankind and health sciences inscribed, "Greater Love Hath No Man Than This" John 15:13.
