He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Homer Simpson and Elizabeth Lucille Simpson (Stegner); and his daughter Cherise Simpson. He is survived by: his daughter Whitney (Keith Lemieux); his grandchildren, Landon Charles and Lillyanna Cherise; and his sisters, Robin "Cookie" Simpson-Scott, Jessica Mahon, April Simpson and Patsy Snyder. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
