He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Aliven McTaggart and Mary Alice McTaggart (Moreland); and his siblings, Shirley Rexrode and Bernard McTaggart. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Chris McTaggart, Shane McTaggart (Sherry), Todd McTaggart and Jennifer Springer; and his siblings, Laurette Michaels and Glenn McTaggart. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
