He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald "Bud" Young and Mabel Young (Bageant); his brothers, Larry and Danny Young; and his son-in-law Jay Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Margie" Young (Smith); his children, Eddie Young (Paulette) and Dawn Smith (Bobby Posten); his grandchildren, Morgan, McKinzee, Allyson, Sophia and Addison; his great grandchild Halo; his uncle Moon; and his aunt Peg.
