He was predeceased by: his parents, James Blubaugh and Mary Blubaugh; his sisters, Betty and Jean Blubaugh; and his great grandchild Henry John Emory Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Elaine Blubaugh (Shanski); his daughter Joyce Conley (Jeff) of Fort Ashby; his grandchildren, Alexandra (Jake Sullivan), Jeffrey (Natalie Conley), Tyler Conley (United States Army), Ross Henry (Hannah Conley), Gary Cosner (Cumberland, MD) and Chase Cosner of Wiley Ford, WV; his great grandchildren, Addison and Theodore Conley of Bridgewater, VA; and his sister Laura Edna Llewellyn (Grantsville, MD).
