She was predeceased by : her parents, Orville G. Shreve, Sr. and Lucy Shreve (Feaster); her husband Arnold L. Amtower; her son-in-law Larry Alkire; and her siblings, Orville Shreve, Jr. and Twila Hershey.

She is survived by : her child Sandy Kinnamon (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Troy Alkire, Heather Blackburn and Lindsay Amtower; her great grandchildren, Carle Connell (Robert) and Claire Blackburn; and her siblings, Naoma Eisenhour, Robert Shreve, Sharon Cannon and Harlan Shreve.
