We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2023, at the age of 80, Billy Alden Dean of Fort Gay, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Bill Lemaster; his wife Thelma Jean Dean; his daughter Barbara Hardin; and his siblings, Almeda Holland, Kay Dean Lester, Vinnie Pennington Inman, Gabe Pennington and Russell Pennington.

He is survived by : his children, John Robinette (Judy), Debbie Walker, Robin Jordan, Reta Wilson (Marcus) and Veronica Dean; and his siblings, Roger Pennington, Donny Pennington, Tom Pennington, Judy Pennington Patton and Vickie Pennington Couch. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren.
