He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rogers and Bessie Starr; his wife Lucille Ferris Rogers; and his siblings, Thelma Faye Rogers and John Rogers.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bernadean Rogers of Huntington, WV, Sonia Starr of Huntington, WV, William Patrick Rogers (Sylvia) of Man, WV and Orlando "Ty" Rogers of Man, WV. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, additional family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Oak Grove Church (3747 Paddle Creek, Fort Gay, WV 25570). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
