He is survived by: his children, Dalton Pack (Nicole), Marissa Thompson (Derek) and Micheal Pack (Ana); his stepchildren, Jerrica Davis, Michael Davis (Amanda) and Chris Simpkins (Kelsie); his grandchildren, Nevaeh Pack, Liam Thompson, Lane Thompson and Jessie Smith; his stepgrandchildren, Landon McClellan, Zoey McClellan, Gavin Davis and Colbie Davis; his siblings, Karen Meddings (Bo), Garland Pack (Vicky) and Randy Pack; his sister-in-law Norma Pack; and his close friends, Claude "Rodgo" Layne, Willis Hundley, Leonard Porter and Mike Robinette. He is also survived by niece, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
