He was predeceased by: his stepfather Raymond Atsberger; his nephews, Daniel Linsinbigler and Dillon Sears; his sister Karen Nottingham; his uncle James "Buddy" Duffield; and his grandparents, Charles Ivan Mollohan, Elsie Ernestine Sutton Mollohan, Owen Duffield and Edith Loraine Pierson Duffield.
He is survived by: his mother Francis Atsberger of Sutton; his wife Canza Mollohan of Gassaway; his daughter Katie Lauren James of Gassaway; his father John D. Mollohan; his stepmother Judy Craft; his siblings, Carrie "Sue" Hannah of Sutton, Cynthia Phillips of Sutton, Valerie Linsinbigler of Daytona, Sarah Bender of Flatwoods, Carrie Mace of Frametown, Jay Atsberger of Ohio, Larry "Binky" Duffield of Lorraine County, OH, Charley Mollohan of Ohio and Johnny Mollohan of Duck; his uncle Johnny Duffield of Flatwoods, WV; and his sister Jennifer Rhodes of Sutton.
