He was predeceased by: his parents, James Glenn Singleton and Barbara Irene Pierson Singleton; his wife Linda F. Singleton; his former wife Liz Knight; his son James A. Singleton II (Jimmy); his sister Flora Belle Lehman; his brother-in-law Harry D. Lehman; his foster sister Margaret S. Hunt; his stepmother Ruth B. Singleton; and his half-brother Roscoe.
He is survived by: his half-brother James Henry Singleton (Sharon) of Frametown; his son Michael D. Singleton (Linna) of Gassaway; his nephew Gavin S. James (Linda) of Fairmont; Rick and Sandy Kyer. He is also survived by in-laws, and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, we know that Archie would instead ask that you don't take life too seriously, and to always joke and have fun any chance you get.
