He was predeceased by: his parents, Ashby Randolph and Ruby Randolph (Oldaker); his wife Louisa Mae Randolph (Bollinger); and his grandson Brycen Randolph. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Schultze of Beckley and David Randolph (Laura) of Raleigh, NC; his grandchild Alaina Randolph; and his brothers, Gregory Randolph of Belpre, OH, Stephen T. Randolph of Dover, NH and Jeffrey Randolph of Clarksburg.
