She was predeceased by : her father Harrison Brooks Scott Sr. of Frankford, WV; and her father-in-law John Brookman of Fairlea, WV.. She is survived by : her mother Donna Scott of Frankford, WV.; her husband Tony Brookman; her son Edward Brookman; her grandson Greyson Brookman; her siblings, Angela Scott and Brooks Scott Jr.; and her mother-in-law Margaret Brookman. She is also survived by numerous extended family, church family, and close friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Henning Church of God (3599 Vago Rd, Frankford, WV 24938). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
