She is survived by : her children, Mark Foley, Kathy Foley of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, Ann Rapp of Frankford and Rita Foley of Frankford; her granddaughters, Brandy Rapp (George Lemon) of Roanoke and Ashley Parker (Patrick) of Lewisburg; her great grandchildren, James, Jackson and Carson Parker; her close friend Barb Springer of Phillipi; and her friends, Pauline Perkins of Frankford and Alice Roth of Renick.

I was fortunate to be a student during the last graduating class for Frankford in 1968. She taught me English, Literature, and Speech. Later, I was able to use her instructions.
