She was predeceased by: her mother Annabelle Lamb; and her foster parents, Ollie Kimble and Viola Kimble. She is survived by: her husband Owen Byrd Simmons; her sister-in-law Alma Mae Mallow (Paul) of Franklin, WV; her niece Cindy Moyers (Alan) of Bridgewater, VA; her great-nephew Tanner Moyers (Hannah) of Verona, VA; her great-nieces, Gracie and Lily Moyers of Bridgewater, VA; her aunt Hazel Bennett; and her close friends, Elaine Keplinger, Alisha Adams and Kay Simmons.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to PAWS (Pendleton Animal Welfare Shelter).
