He is survived by: his wife Bev; his children, David Allen Johnson (Ellen) of Thomas, WV, Sheila Farmer (James) of Roanoke, VA and Kristin Mirenda (Daniel) of Roanoke, VA; and his sister Lila Bradle of Texas. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
