He was predeceased by : his parents, Cleveland "Toots" Propst and Bertha Propst (Fink); and his brother Jason Propst. He is survived by : his wife Shirley Propst; and his sisters, Amy VanMeter (Danny) of Franklin, WV and Janet Smith (Tony) of Bridgewater, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
