It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd Mills Jr. of Franklin, West Virginia, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 10, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Lois Mills, (Johnson) and Lloyd Mills, Sr.; his grandson Daniel Mills; and his brothers, Lee, Lawrence and Leonard Mills.

He is survived by : his children, Jamie Mitchell (Dennis) of Franklin, WV, Rebecca Hoover of New Jersey, Ruth Kittle of Chattanooga, TN and Lloyd Mills III of New Jersey; and his siblings, Lois Robert, Jessica Springer and Charles Mills of New Jersey. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren; and his black lab.
