With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Matthew Tyler Putz of Franklin, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 18, 2025 at the age of 35. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Edward and Wendy Lee Putz (Gilbert) of Franklin, WV.; his daughter Veronica Ivy Putz of Bridgewater, VA; his sister Susan Marilyn Putz of Bel Air, MD; and his grandparents, Jim Lancaster, Lisette Gilbert, Barbara Mauck and Martha Putz. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
