She is survived by: her mother Rose Ella Burghy of Canton, OH; her spouse Kevan Ray Hoover; her daughter RayElla Grace Hoover (Raymond Phares) of Circleville, WV; her granddaughter Britlee Basagic; and her half-siblings, Ella, John Allen and Lenny of Canton, OH..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home (826 Blue Gray Trail, Franklin, WV 26807). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to any Pendleton County Rescue Squad.
