He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Moore and Ethel Marie Ruddle (Hartman); and his siblings, Gerald Ruddle and Violet Thompson. He is survived by: his spouse Angeleta Mae "Ann" Ruddle (Simmons); his sons, Roy Ruddle (Lisa) of Franklin, WV and John DePue (April) of Franklin, WV; his siblings, Josephine Hedrick (Dorman) of Petersburg, WV and James Ruddle (Sue) of Franklin, WV; his grandchildren, Samual Ruddle (Savanna), Adam Ruddle (Glenna), Alexis, Bryttian (Katie), Gabby DePue and Sabrina Mallow; and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Mason Mavis and Kaysen.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home (826 Blue Gray Trail, Franklin, WV 26807). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
