She is survived by: her children, Diana Mitchell of Franklin, WV, Tina Mitchell (Jose Pomales) of Franklin, WV and Arthur Guy Mitchell Jr. of Franklin, WV; her granddaughters, Maria Pomales (Theo Young) of Virginia Beach, VA and Sara Dyche (Cody) of New Creek, WV; her siblings, Sally George of Riverton, WV, Bonnie Simmons of Franklin, WV, Perry Simmons (Linda) of Franklin, WV, George Simmons (Edna Lou) of Franklin, WV and Lacy Simmons of Franklin, WV; her sisters-in-law, Annalee Mitchell of Franklin, WV and Lorella Mitchell of Circleville, WV; and her great grandchildren, Garrett Dyche of New Creek, WV and Eli Dyche of New Creek, WV. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home (826 Blue Gray Trail, Franklin, WV 26807). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
