We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2025, at the age of 102, Virginia Octavia Hively Propst (Franklin, West Virginia), born in Malta, Montana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Loy Eston Hively and Wilhelmina Sibert Hively of South Fork; her siblings, Louise, Tillman, Luther, Earl, Elaine, Norman and Mary Mae; and her great grandchild Adrian Alan Simmons.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kathy Ann Propst Nelson (Lynn), Melissa Lynn Propst Harrison (Gary) and Daniel Wayne Propst (Debbie); her great grandchildren, Noah Lynn Nelson (Jenny), Jarod Michael Nelson and Katelyn LeAnn Propst Frank (Patrick); and her great great grandchildren, Liam, Lainey Simmons, Riley, Bailey and Tanner Rodgers. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
