She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Chapman and Goldie Setliff Chapman; her husband Garry Lykins; her daughter Melissa Dawn Harrah; and her siblings, Edith Bush and Terry Chapman.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Lykins; her granddaughter Valerie Harrah; her siblings, Wanda Chapman and Edward "Buddy" Chapman (Gayle); her sister-in-law Linda Chapman; and her son-in-law Russell Harrah. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
